Plot introduction
'Walk With Me' follows a community of Zen Buddhist monks and nuns who have dedicated their lives to mastering the art of mindfulness with their world-famous teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. Filmed over three years in France and the USA, this intimate and meditative film travels deep inside a world that seems far from our everyday, and reveals how the monastics transform suffering in themselves and in others through their deep enquiry into the nature of existence, suffering, and their true selves. 《正念的奇跡》拍攝了一群禪修出家人的社群。他們畢生致力于追隨國際知名的老師一行禪師掌握正念的藝術。拍攝時間前後歷時超過三年，橫跨法國、美國。這部親切又發人深思的電影，進入了一個遠離我們日常生活的世界，並且揭示了僧侶們如何通過深入探尋存在的本質、煩惱的由來和各自真實的自己轉化自己和他人的煩惱。
